1. Introduction

Welcome to WR999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at wr999.win, our mobile app, and all services, games, and promotions offered through the WR999 platform ("Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. WR999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use WR999 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. WR999 does not permit underage gaming under any circumstances.
• Be a resident of or accessing the Platform from Pakistan.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of WR999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from WR999.

By registering, you declare that all of the above conditions are met. WR999 may, at any point, request proof of age or identity and suspend your account pending verification.

3. Registration & Verification

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed to hold only one active WR999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms. WR999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 KYC Verification

WR999 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

WR999 supports a range of payment options tailored for players in Pakistan, including:

Deposits made to WR999 must come from accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling on our Platform is not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method but we aim to complete approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours on business days.

WR999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in the following situations:

• KYC verification has not been completed.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or policy breach.
• Active wagering requirements from a bonus are still outstanding.
• The account is under review for security reasons.

Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched by WR999, the Platform bears no responsibility for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each offer's individual terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

WR999 monitors accounts for irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including low-risk bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements. If such activity is detected, WR999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and in serious cases, permanently close the account.

6.3 Promotional Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings from expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

7. Sports Betting Rules

WR999 offers a wide range of sports markets with a strong focus on Cricket — including PSL (Pakistan Super League), T20 internationals, Test cricket, and all major ICC tournaments — as well as Football, Esports, and other popular sports.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the WR999 system and a reference number is issued.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are visible before confirming a wager.
• WR999 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit bet sizes at its discretion — particularly in the event of match postponements, interruptions, or corruption concerns.
• In-play bets are final once accepted, even if a match is later abandoned or decided by DLS method in cricket.
• Errors in odds caused by technical issues or human error may result in bets being voided.

8. Casino & Live Games

WR999's casino and live casino sections include slots, table games, and real-time dealer experiences. All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within individual game information.

Winnings from casino games may be subject to withdrawal limits as set out in these Terms or in individual game rules. WR999 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's choice of game or strategy.

9. Bingo Rules

WR999 Bingo games operate on scheduled draws. Players must purchase tickets before the draw closes. Prizes are awarded based on predefined winning patterns and jackpot structures displayed in each Bingo room. All Bingo results are final once a draw is complete. Partial tickets and late entries are not valid.

In the event of a technical fault during a Bingo draw, the affected round may be cancelled and stakes refunded to players' accounts. WR999's decision on such matters is final.

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WR999 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. WR999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

WR999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Using shared or public devices to access your account is done entirely at your own risk.

11. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

WR999 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain — any such gains will be reversed.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use WR999 as a conduit for financial crime.
• Creating accounts under false identities or using stolen payment details.
